Apexchange

INR & foreign exchange – house rules for safe deals.

Terms of Service Read before trading

These are the rules for using Apexchange (the “Service”). By joining a ticket, starting a deal, or using the escrow bot, you accept all the terms on this page.

Last updated: January 2026

General rules Where we operate

  • Apexchange runs through the official Discord server and our verified escrow bot.
  • Always make sure the Discord invite link and server URL match exactly the ones shown on the official Apexchange website. If they differ, do not join and do not trade.
  • Only trade inside the original, official server linked on the website. Copies, look‑alike servers, or forwarded invites are used strictly at your own risk.
  • Any deal done in DMs, other servers, or without the official escrow bot is fully at your own risk.
  • If you go outside the official flow, Apexchange staff will not handle, cover, or chase your losses.

User responsibility Your data, your risk

  • You are responsible for entering correct UPI IDs, bank details, wallet addresses, tags, and networks.
  • If you send to the wrong address, wrong person, or wrong network, it will not be refunded or compensated.
  • Never mark funds as “received”, “completed”, or “paid” just because an exchanger asks you. Always verify your own bank accounts, UPI apps, and wallets first.
  • Staff and exchangers are not required to fix user errors, even if you provide proofs or screenshots.

Tickets & escrow How deals run

  • Before sending any INR or crypto, always check that the exchanger has officially claimed your ticket inside the Apexchange system.
  • If you send funds before the ticket is claimed, you do it at your own risk. Apexchange is not responsible for what happens next.
  • Third party exchanges are not permitted in any sort of transaction, exceptions might be made by owners for specific operations.
  • Deals must stay inside the official ticket and use the official escrow bot or approved flow. No side deals, no shortcuts.
  • Moving the deal to DMs or other platforms removes any help or protection from Apexchange staff.

Proof of payment Show the receipts

  • For every INR or crypto payment, you must send clear screenshots and/or transaction details (TXID, UTR, reference, timestamp) in the ticket right after paying.
  • If you do not post proper proof, staff can refuse to process or confirm your payment.
  • Staff decides if the proof is enough. Decisions are made to protect the platform and may go against you if things are unclear.

Fraud & blacklist INR to crypto

  • INR payments can be checked for chargebacks, stolen funds, unauthorized use, or scam activity.
  • If your INR is flagged, reported, or reasonably suspected as fraudulent or linked to scams, you can be permanently blacklisted.
  • Blacklisted users can lose server access, deals in progress, future trades, and support, without any refund or compensation.
  • Apexchange may work with banks, payment partners, and authorities when needed for fraud prevention or legal reasons.

Liability No guarantees

  • Apexchange and staff act as moderators and coordinators, not as your counterparty in the trade.
  • We are not liable for delays, failed payments, bad rates, market moves, or actions of exchangers or users.
  • Crypto and FX are volatile. No one here guarantees a specific rate, execution time, or profit.
  • Once a transaction is confirmed in the official system by both sides, it is final from the perspective of Apexchange.

Changes to these terms Staying updated

  • These terms can be updated at any time.
  • If you keep using the server, the bot, or starting deals after an update, it means you accept the new version.

Starting a deal Your consent

By joining the server, opening a ticket, talking to an exchanger, using the escrow bot, or starting any deal, you confirm that you have read these rules and fully accept them. If you do not agree, do not trade on Apexchange.
